NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED

 

No refunds will be issued for:

Rips, tears, or damage reported after pickup

Damage caused by wear, movement, dancing, pulling, or improper handling

Alterations or damage made after leaving the studio

Claims made hours or days later once the garment has left my possession

If any issue (ripping, fit concerns, defects) occurs, it must be addressed immediately during the fitting and before leaving. At that time, adjustments or solutions may be discussed.

Once the client leaves the premises, all responsibility transfers to the client.

By booking, trying on, and picking up the garment, the client agrees to this policy.

All items are tried on and approved before pickup.
Once you leave with the garment, NO refunds will be issued for rips, tears, or damage that occur after departure.

All sales are FINAL. NO refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted

If a garment is not picked up, it will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposits secure your booking, time, materials, and production costs.

By placing an order, making a payment, booking a fitting, or accepting the garment, the client agrees to all terms stated above.
